“Supply means quantity of goods or services, which is present in the market for sell during certain period of time at a specific level of price”.

For example: 1000 kg mangoes represent in the market but suppliers offered only 300 kg mangoes for sell at a particular price for Rs.10/- during the certain period of time. So the quantity of 700 kg is stock. While the quantity of 300kg, which was offered for sell is supply.
